This is for ALL You Mums. And obviously that includes Fur Baby Mamas!!! Or Feathered Baby Moms! Absolutely all those we raise, and love and care for their children.
While many of us may think of buying gifts or treating our mothers to a nice meal, there's another way to make this day meaningful: sharing what your Mum means to you.

Giving Back to Our Mothers on Mother's Day
Gratitude, or feeling thankful, is super important for making us happy. When we thank someone or they thank us, it feels really good and motivates us to keep going.
When life gets rough, gratitude helps us stay strong and positive. It reminds us of all the good things we have, even when times are tough. By focusing on the good stuff, we find the strength to keep going, no matter what.
Gratitude also makes the everyday stuff more special. Like when someone says something nice to us, or we notice the beauty of nature, gratitude makes those moments even better.
Your Mums Day Workout 💪
- Relax and breathe. Find a quiet space where you won't be interrupted. Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax.
- A powerful memory. Bring to mind a specific memory or moment that you feel grateful for when it comes to your mum. It could be a time when she was there for you, a moment when she made you feel loved, or a time when she taught you a valuable lesson.
- Let go and feel. Allow yourself to fully immerse in that memory or moment. What do you see, hear, and feel? What emotions are present?
- Honor her sacrifice. Take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate your mother for that moment, and for all the other moments and sacrifices she's made for you over the years. This can sound morbid, but you can imagine all that you’d want to share and celebrate on her passing. Let the fact that she won’t be around forever, connect you to what she really means to you.
- Honor your loving. Now let yourself really see and feel how much you do love and care for your Mum. Let yourself see and feel you have ALWAYS done your best, even though it hasn’t always been perfect.
- Release the pressure. Now simply recognize and release any pressure you feel to be more, do more, love more, give more, to your Mum. Remember she does know how much you love her. And your best IS enough.
- Give from Love not Pressure. Now just do your best, to give in freedom, in love, in gratitude, not through obligation and pressure. You got this. Let your beautiful big heart shine!
