There is no better way to start to find peace, and joy, and love, that to let go.

But when we talk about this kind of energetic experience, words fail.

So Iโ€™m going to use as few words as possible today, to support you in having your own unique experience of Letting Go.

Let go, of every thought, feeling, focus, anything and everything. Just let go. And keep letting go.

We Die Without Love

Newborn babies literally die without love and touch.

And while weโ€™ve now built ways to cope with not getting the love weโ€™d like most, we still need Love, and we NEED TO KNOW WE ARE LOVABLE.

A Simple Letting Go Technique for Meditating

  1. Give yourself the gift of 7 precious, powerful minutes in Silence, Stillness, Sacredness.
  2. Let go of everything.
  3. Keep letting go of everything.
  4. Let go of that thought.
  5. And then the next one.
  6. Then that feeling.
  7. Then that concern.
  9. Be empty.
  10. Just keep emptying the space within you.
  11. Letโ€ฆ
  12. Itโ€ฆโ€ฆ
  13. ALLโ€ฆโ€ฆ..
  14. Go.
Pro Tip: Do this for 7 days in a row. It can be INCREDIBLY EMPOWERING to see that if you repeat this every day for just 7 days โ€“ Your ability to effectively let go and experience greater emptiness, peace, receptivity, stillness is radically increased. Try it!
