We’re So Stressed.
According to the Mental Health Foundation, 74% of people have felt so stressed in the past year that they were unable to cope. The APA's Stress in America study found that nearly 70% of Americans experience physical and mental symptoms of stress, but only 37% think they are doing well at managing it.
