Let yourself connect to the year you want. Focus on one feeling you want to have more than any other. Now really feel it, for at least 17 seconds. And now just allow one Great Spring project to pop into your heart!

❄️ Step 1: Forgive the Winter

  • Close your eyes, hand over heart.
  • Breathe in love. Breathe out pressure.
  • Forgive anything you feel you didn't do, or haven't done enough of.
  • Say aloud or silently:
    “I forgive myself for needing rest. I trust that my downtime is part of my blooming.”
  • Feel the relief.

🌞 Step 2: What Are You Living For?

  • Ask yourself:
    “What am I chasing outside myself?”
    (approval, money, success, love?)
  • Now ask:
    “What is the feeling I really want?”
    (safety, joy, freedom, peace?)
  • Name it. Feel it in your body. Give it to yourself. Right now.

🌷 Step 3: What Wants to Bloom?

  • With a gentle heart, journal or say out loud:
    • 1 thing you feel excited to grow this spring
    • 1 fear or belief that holds you back
    • 1 loving way you’ll show up anyway
  • Example:
    “I want to start sharing my writing. I’m scared no one will care. But I’ll write one post this week, even if it’s just for me and Fenix.”
