There is now significant research suggesting that volunteering may improve mental health, help you live longer, and help you have a happier more fulfilled life! [1]
“Researchers analyzed data from 40 published papers and found evidence that volunteers had a 20 percent lower risk of death than non-volunteers. In addition, volunteers had lower levels of depression, increased life satisfaction and enhanced well-being.” [1]
Start small, and consider where and how can you give and support those nearest to you.

You’ll get a wonderful list of organizations that you can choose from, to find a cause and mission that makes your heart overflow, and gives your life greater meaning and connection.
It’s about starting small, and where we’re at.
