Our Disabilities Are Super Powers ⚡️

I may be cute, fluffy, and lovable, but there’s more to me than meets the eye—I’m on a mission.

I've connected with so many dogs, children, and adults worldwide, and I’m here to say that our disabilities? They're actually our Superpowers. Each one of our struggles has pushed us to find more love, more bravery, and more compassion for ourselves and others.

It's through life’s challenges that we discover our inner strength, that spark of life, that Unstoppable Heart and Inner Fire 🔥❤️. But this isn’t just about me or disabilities; it’s about all of us.

We all face challenges. We all have moments when we feel less than capable. But it’s in those very moments that we grow, learn, and become who we’re meant to be.

With love and gratitude, it’s these challenges that can awaken Superpowers within us—Superpowers of love, courage, faith, service, kindness, and compassion.

A Sacred Gratitude Workout

Using Gratitude for Your Dis-Abilities to Find Your Super Powers

Life is not black and white. What can be hard and painful, can also be beautiful and a blessing.

And what I’ve found in my life, is that having the courage to experience the pain in what’s hard, can help us find the kindness, courage and Love we need to keep going.

If you’re ready, with an open heart and open mind, this workout will help you celebrate your life’s disabilities and challenges.

  1. If you have a disability, use it for this workout. And if you don’t have a disability, use whatever feels most challenging about who you are. It could be that you feel tired a lot. Or that you get jealous easily. Or that you really want to be able to dance, but you don’t feel like you can or should in front of other people. Or you have social anxiety that’s undiagnosed professionally.
  2. Let yourself first experience the challenge. We’re not here to be positively toxic. We’re here to both have compassion for our challenges and adversity, while being curious how courageous and able to overcome great odds we are. So first, don’t worry about finding the Super Power, first, give yourself permission to see and feel that it’s been hard. That it IS hard living with your disability.
  3. Now let yourself honor and acknowledge how you have endured, and overcome, so much. Write them down. Honor and feel each one. From small stuff, to big milestones.
  4. Can you be curious, and open, and find gratitude for how your disability has stretched you in various ways and helped you grow, and evolve and now possess super powers!? (Remember it can still be incredibly hard and painful, AND we can ALSO find gratitude for it.)
  5. Write down your biggest Super Power. And feel gratitude for every tough and painful moment that you have had to go through, to transform your disability into this super power. You truly are a Super Hero. You deserve to be loved, acknowledged and celebrated. So love, acknowledge and celebrate you today. Ok?!
