First Compassion, Then Courageous Action

A way to start your day anchored in compassion for courageous action

  1. First anchor your day in the Highest Good, the Greatest Love you can imagine. You might do this with prayer, or hugging your dog, or some other way.
  2. Now let yourself experience the kind of Love you have for your child, dog or favorite person. Feel how much you love them. Feel it. Charge your battery field with it.
  3. Now imagine your child, dog or person feeling down, and like they need more motivation. They feel not enough, and they need help. Imagine that. Imagine they’ve just entered the room where you are, and they feel kinda crappy.
  4. Now again, feel how you would feel towards them. Feel the kindness, and compassion and profound support. Let yourself FEEL that you’re supporting them with LOVE, not fear. With kindness, NOT criticism. Feel that. Remember that. Feel how motivating and inspiring and effortless that energy is in making you EASILY want to move forward.
  5. Create a Clear Intention for how you will love and support yourself with loving compassion the next time you feel down and need a pick me up!
