In scientific research, around 20% to 30% of participants given a placebo report genuine improvement.

R – Relax your body, let go of the world outside of you, and breathe.

As you let go of the world outside of you, embrace and experience the world within you. [1]

Ask to be filled with the Highest Good, the Highest Light, the Highest Love. [2]

E – Embrace whatever you would LOVE to be true?!

What’s just One Experience that you’d love to be true.

W – Write down all the lies why you don’t deserve this to be true.

This isn’t as much about thinking, but about letting our unconscious write. Remember your limiting patterns are unconscious, so they will feel like you don’t believe them, but they just pop into your mind as you’re open and curious. So just start writing down: all the reasons (lies) you’re not worthy of what you want above?

I – Inquire about where you learned or picked up these lies?

This isn’t about finding ‘answers’. It’s about being curious, open and inquiring within? What experiences just pop into your mind?! Just be curious and radically compassionate about them? Be as kind, and compassionate with yourself as you open to the truth that you have been conditioned, taught and shown not to believe in yourself. It’s not your fault. AND it’s no one else’s fault. It’s just life. Be curious. Be compassionate.

R – Rewire and Reframe all lies

Say: “I forgive myself for buying into the lie that… “

E – And then Claim the truth

Say: “AND The truth is that… “

Keep saying the forgiveness statement, and then the truth statement, until you feel still and silent within.
