Letting Go into a Little Laughter
With so much power to heal and renew, the ability to laugh easily and frequently is a tremendous resource for surmounting problems, enhancing your relationships, and supporting both physical and emotional health. But it can be hard finding a laugh sometimes. This guide is designed to help you find a laugh, even in trying times!
You will need: • An open mind, and an open heart
1. Smile! It’s the simple best start towards a laugh.
2. Look for what makes you happy in your life. And feel them! They probably won’t make you laugh – but they will soften your heart so that you might be open for a good laugh sometime soon!
3. When you hear laughter, move toward it. When you hear laughter, seek it out and ask, “What’s funny?” Instead of judging, or feeling separate – consider that that laugh might be calling to you too!
4. Spend time watching funny things! Watch a funny movie, TV show, or YouTube video. Watch Fenix doing his prance. Or better yet… Watch This! [Don’t worry Fenix didn’t hurt himself! He was having the time of life!!!]
Make time for fun, playful activities. Do you like bowling, miniature golfing, karaoke?
