Kind Deeds. Indeed.
Thank you so much for being here. Thanks for being a part of this movement towards a world that is kinder, and more compassionate and so much more caring.
Kind Action
It’s so wonderful to be kind and caring with our words.
And sometimes actions do speak louder than any kind word.
Use Your Hands and Feet Today

Giving and Receiving your way to Greater Happiness
Sometimes the greatest kindness you can give, is to yourself. And sometimes, when you’re full, and in the flow, kindness will call you to support and serve the world. The key is to trust yourself, moment by moment. And to remember that you can’t be kind to the world, if you’re not FIRST being kind to yourself.
- Today it’s simple. Is your battery full?! Or not?! Or somewhere in the middle?
- If it’s full – your key to happiness today will be found in allowing the overflow of your energy to support another. Allow your full heart to move through your words, your hands, your feet, your life today…
- If you’re running really low or on empty – your happiness is gonna be found in the vulnerability and courage it takes to ask another for help. Allow yourself to ask for what you need.
- And if you’re neither full nor empty – trust your heart. Does it want to offer a little support to another today – or do you need more right now?!
- It can be anything. It doesn’t matter. This life is made whole by connection. We need human support, and interaction and community. Use however you feel as a wonderful guide to create more support in your world today.
- And it’s not always easy – but it’s important to keep in mind that it’s actually not about how we receive what we need, or if someone receives what we can give… it’s about the fact that we showed up and asked for, or offered support. And that is everything.
