STEP-BY-STEP • Deep Transformative Gratitude
There are so many ways to practice gratitude. Here’s just one. We’ll be exploring many more in the weeks to come.
You will need: • About 5 minutes • An open heart
- Think of one thing / person / experience you’re grateful for? Write it down or say it out loud.
- Now speak directly to that thing / person / experience and tell it these 3 things:
- I’m grateful for you because...
- My life is forever changed by you in these ways...
- You’ve taught me so much about...
- Ok how do you feel? How might your world change if you did this every day?
- Or maybe this experience has inspired your own way or approach to being grateful in a consistent way?
