Times of Financial Hardship 💸
Dealing with financial struggles often brings a heavy burden of scarcity, worry, and doubt. It’s natural to feel overwhelmed by the weight of bills and obligations, making it hard to maintain a sense of abundance and optimism.
While it’s tempting to focus solely on positivity to push these feelings aside, this approach doesn’t resolve the deeper fears and limiting beliefs that fuel our anxieties. Superficial positivity might offer a brief uplift, but it rarely addresses the root of our financial insecurities.
Gratitude practices, affirmations, and visualization can help shift our mindset momentarily, but to truly break free, we need to dive deeper. What if, instead of avoiding our discomfort, we embraced it to uncover and heal the core of our struggles?
Embrace Your Emotions to Heal
Think of your fears, doubts, and struggles as little children crying out for your attention. These emotions are repressed energy that needs acknowledgment, compassion, and release.
You wouldn’t ignore or silence a distressed child by locking them away. But at the same time, you wouldn’t let the child’s chaos dictate your actions. Instead, you’d offer understanding, patience, and space.
Similarly, give your doubts and fears the same care. Listen to them. Hold them gently. Allow them to exist without judgment, trusting that, like nature, they will find balance when given space to be seen and understood.
This work takes time, commitment and great courageous Love.

Rewire from lack and fear back to Love and Abundance
If you’re feeling challenged financially right now allow yourself to actually feel that. Embrace the sensations in your body. And let them speak so they can be released and rewired.
R – Relax your body, let go of the world outside of you, and breathe.
As you let go of the world outside of you, embrace and experience the world within you. [1]
Ask to be filled with the Highest Good, the Highest Light, the Highest Love. [2]
E – Embrace whatever fears, doubts and negative thinking you have.
Accept that you have fears, or doubts, or negative thoughts. Let that be ok. [3]
Let yourself have compassion for having a tough time right now. [4]
W – Write down what your Fear / Doubt / Thoughts are saying.
Allow them to write until they have nothing left to say. [5]
Now ask your body is there anything you are still holding onto? Keep writing until it says nothing. [6]
I – Inquire about how this experience is strengthening & expanding you?
How might this experience be for you? Be kind and curious. [7]
And what do you need to focus on your own growth and healing? [8]
R – Rewire and Reframe all connected beliefs
Say: “I forgive myself for buying into the misbelief that… “ [9]
Keep saying and completing that sentence until you feel still and silent inside.
E – Experience the truth
Say: “AND The truth is that I am… “ [10]
Keep completing your truth until you feel Whole, Healthy and overflowing with Love.
