Elton John’s Advice for Living

Live for each second without hesitation, says Elton John.

Your Sacred Muscles Workout 💪 Turning the Beat Around 🕺🏽

  1. Choose an upbeat song that makes you feel good. It can be any genre or style, as long as it makes you want to move and feel happy. It’s going to be even more powerful if there is sentimental value in the song you choose!
  2. Find a comfortable and private space where you can listen to the song without distractions. This can be your bedroom, living room, or even outdoors.
  3. Take a few deep breaths and set a positive intention for how you want to feel after listening to the song. For example, you may want to feel energized, calm, or happy.
  4. Start playing the song and let the beat guide you. Move your body in whatever way feels natural and comfortable to you. You can dance, jump, or simply sway to the rhythm.
  5. Focus on the lyrics and the melody of the song. Let the music fill you up and drown out any negative thoughts or emotions.
  6. Keep moving and listening to the song until you feel your mood lifting and your energy increasing. Let go of everything. Let go of everything except this wonderful present moment.
  7. When the song is over, take a moment to appreciate how you feel. If you're not quite there yet, you can always repeat the process with another song!
🏆
Pro Tip: Start your day with Song! You can use the same song and really charge it’s mood altering ability for you! Or have your own special playlist! Or enjoy the adventure of finding a new song every day!

My Love for Dance and How Eric Made It a Healing Tool

I’ve always loved to dance, but it wasn’t until I met Eric that I began using it as a healing tool.

My husband, Eric Lumiere, Fenix’s dad, is a world-renowned singer-songwriter with Billboard hits and a strong following in Europe. 🎵 Music is his life—he’s always singing and dancing, even more than Fenix and I.

Eric has brought so much music back into my life, and it truly has the power to clear negative energy. It’s a mystical, magical resource.

I’m glad to share this with you today as a reminder to play more music and dance much more!

We love you!

Dr. Zoë, Fenix, Ellie, and Eric xoxo
