- Clean up your physical and digital workspaces โ๏ธ A 2011 study by Princeton University found that a cluttered, disorganized environment impairs our ability to focus, restricts our capacity to process information, and ultimately keeps us from doing our best work.
- Review your to-done's ๐คฃ One of the easiest and most effective ways to stay motivated and build momentum in your life is to celebrate your progress! Take five minutes to review your completed tasks at the end of each day!
- For the tough stuff โ focus on just one small next step ๐ช If thereโs something youโve been putting off, find the SMALLEST baby step you can possibly take, and write that down for tomorrow! Itโs magic. Try it and see.
- Write out tomorrowโs to-do list โ
Writing out tomorrowโs to-do list at the end of the workday boosts your productivity in two important ways:
- It helps you stop thinking about work.
