It’s kind of like throwing your hands up on a rollercoaster—sounds easy, but in the moment, it can feel impossible.

To release fear, anxiety, overwhelm, or anything else that weighs us down, we must consciously let go—of everything we’re gripping onto right now.

When you feel pain, simply view it as energy. Just start seeing these inner experiences as energy passing through your heart and before the eye of your consciousness. Then relax. Do the opposite of contracting and closing. Relax and release.
