It’s a fact: newborns cannot survive without love and physical connection.

As adults, we’ve developed mechanisms to cope with the lack of love we might long for, but at the heart of it, we still need love, and we need to believe that we are lovable.

It may seem mystical, but Fenix and I believe love holds the key to healing.

Your Loving Self-Talk Workout 💪 A Mantra for More Life-Force and Love

  1. Simply say, either inwardly in silence, or you can do this outloud: I am Loved. Say this as you breathe in, slowly, luxuriously.
  2. Next, say: I am Loving. Say this as you breathe out, slowly.
  3. Finally say: I Am L🥰VE! As you breathe in AND out. Slowly.
  4. Repeat and continue to expand your experience of the essence you are saying.
  5. As you say I am Loved: experience love coming into your heart chakra as you deeply experience that you ARE Loved, supported and connected.
  6. And as you say I am Loving: let yourself feel and enjoy loving energy radiating from your heart chakra: a warmth extending out as you exhale and breathe out. Let yourself acknowledge how loving you are.
  7. And finally as you say I Am Love: allow yourself to experience wholeness, and great Loving as you receive a complete breath in and out. Let yourself experience that while you have a human body - what you really are is the loving invisible energy within you 🥰
