1on1 Spiritual Life Coaching

This is a distinct approach that goes beyond traditional life-coaching or therapy. It combines the finest aspects of both disciplines, infused with a spiritual essence rooted in compassion and vulnerability.

For individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, personalized one-on-one coaching is highly recommended.

1on1 coaching is held over Zoom video conferencing. And while we do all spend enough time on the computer, the vulnerable and intimate nature of this work does help you feel as if you are in the same room together.

While both Zoë and Eric will support you in Living Your Dharma AND Clearing Your Karma, they each have their own unique way of coaching and supporting clients.
